PRIOR JUDICIAL FAMILY COURT EXPERIENCE

 

        THE ONLY CANDIDATE CURRENTLY A PRESIDING JUDGE
IN A MUNICIPAL COURT IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY

                                  

 The 418th District Court has been designated as a Family Court hearing only family law issues. I would like to introduce myself.
 I have been an attorney for nineteen years. As a special appointed master on numerous occasions, I am the only candidate with
 prior judicial experience presiding over cases in the Family Courts. My law practice has been almost exclusively Family Law.
 I have traveled from coast to coast on numerous occasions and successfully reunited kidnapped and exploited children back
 to their custodial parent. In addition, since 1992, I am a Presiding Judge in a Municipal Court in Montgomery County. I served 
 in the United States Air Force and then the National Guard with Honorable Discharges. I am a life member of
 The Friends of Conroe, Inc. My wife, Debbie, and I have been married for twelve years.
 Between us, we have four children and one granddaughter.
 I am asking you to put your faith in me and elect me as the first Judge of the 418th District Court of Montgomery County.
